7:30 pm. Hit 50 this week with a fartlek and A1. Would like to hit 55 this week and stay between 55-60 before I go back. Whetstone to Antrim (1 loop) and back. Felt kind of stiff. Probably a little more than 6 (I got the loop at Antrim at 7:00).
