Warrior 3: 10 X 3 on each leg
Single leg squats 10 reps each leg 3 X
Double leg squats 10 reps X3 with 35 lbs.
2 sets of leg sqeezes and leg outs.
kArms:
Curls 20, 25. and 30 lbs 10 each
Chest raises 20, 20, 30 lbs 10 each
