Comments:
Good conditions for this run. Went to bed late cause the bruins so a little tired, got up a little late started at 7:15. Knew I wanted to take this easy and 7min pace felt that. Just chillin to big bootie 7 cruising. Finished off with a few loops to get to 11 and 50 on the week. need 20-22 in the next two days so I'll do the 14 loop tomorrow and make it 15 most likely. I'll do 5-7 easy on Sunday. Garmin down to 71 which was expected after the wild 72 jump yesterday cause the tempo. AVG HR good on this...left leg hurt a good amount too, need new shoes.
