Comments:
Decided to take this long run easy rather than cut back the length. Woke up 5:45 alarm snooze until 6:25ish, granola bar, sip of coffee, shit, some gato and water, full warm up out at 7:30am ish. Weather was cooler and consistent, little drizzle last mile or so. Felt easy and good really aimed at keeping the pace easy - HR was good to show that. Left foot hurt first mie, maybe new inserts. Left leg was fine, soaking feet now. Garmin at maintaining which is expected for the slower pace. VO2 still 71, load 963, recovery 22 hours, races 15:42, 1:13:10, 33:11 (SHIT), 2:35:47...still aiming for 70-72 this week and race on Friday.
