Comments:
Shorter workout at 10K goal pace final tune up for the race Friday. Still feeling the weekend festivities...need to focus on getting ready and do all the little things. Taking the rest of the week easy until the race. Will do 4-6 strides on Thursday...looking like 65 miles this week. HR was good during this but it felt a little on the harder side...did 1 lap jog recovery ended up being 2:00min which is good. No water breaks, weather finally getting nice, Friday should be good. Nolan and Sam may or may not join lol little different but would help I think. Garmin back to productive, 71 VO2, load 862, rest 16, races:
