Comments:
Did good workout. Run 20 min easy, 20 minutes at 6:10-6:30, 20 min easy, 20 minutes hard again, then cool down. Felt great. Did loops at PN and got down to same pace was running last year for just one loop (but had to do two to get 20 mintues in). Very happy with it.
