Comments:
Woke up, sore throat worse than yesterday (Day two of it) FUCK. Sweating, overall did not feel great...Was slow and sluggish didn't get out the door until like 7:10. Took the run easy, felt heavy but still easy. Need to shake this ailment ASAP. Off day tomorrow will probably help...COME ON. This week may go down the tubes mileage wise, got invited to Tommy's bachelor party last min this weekend so that's about 25-30 miles LMAO so looking at 40ish this week if I go...which is bad...I want to go but running/covid is saying don't do it. Need to ice, take tylenol, stretch, roll, hydrate, soak feet until the race. Garmin is at peaking, vo2 71, load, 707 (low)...surprisingly, I was hoping it would hit peaking Thursday so I'll either be detraining or recovery on Friday. Left shin (MRI) hurting, left hip flexor/quad weird pain.
