Comments:
Ran .25 warmup, then 1.25 then 1 then a 600. Ran a 600 as opposed to an 800 because a family was walking along the track in a flying v formation, meaning I had to bump out to lane 7 multiple times on curves. Thinking that all said and done that roughs out to 3 miles, so I'm putting the time as one time, even though the time itself was not a contiguous run (wish I was that fast again)
