Weather: 80s, partly cloudy
Comments:
Did .25 warm up then .5 .5 .5 .5 .25 with minimal rest inbetween. Pace wasn't necessarily as fast as a true to form speed workout but the reps were very compact and close together relatively. Overall run felt pretty good
