Comments:
Took some days off - was just feeling pretty tired from full days. With my day off today, doing something hard sounded fun.

Went to the backside of Park and after warming up, did 2x6min along this sweet stretch of technical single track that rides the lip of the valley. Felt pretty good! Didn’t push too hard but could feel the muscles working. Rested 3-4min then headed back. Slightly harder inbound but I had a faster overall time (and 2 Strava KOMs lol)

Thought about a third, but 2 were quality.
