Weather: Chilly wind to start but improved as the run went on
Comments:
After yesterday's nightmare, I started really slowly - walking most of it - just to see how I felt. The first 4 or 5km weren't that pleasant and I really thought about cutting it short, but as the run went on I started feeling better and in the end finished the planned distance comfortably. Best split was the 15th kilometre. Stayed inside the suburb - 6 laps of the perimeter! LSD but very pleased that I got through the distance at a sub-3 hour half-marathon pace without too many issues.
