Comments:
The track was FESTERING today. A group of like 7 guys 7 guys doing sprints down the 110m lanes, gym girls stretching on every which part of the track, soccer boys being soccer boys, it was wild. I felt that I needed to do a fast workout to stunt so I did repeat 400s. 400 warm up, 4x400, 800 cooldown with ~400m of jogging between sets. I ran 73 74 75 78 with my 400s. I literally cannot comprehend how I broke 5 in highschool I was taking like 4 minutes rest between reps and I still couldn't do it. Insane
