Comments:
Cooler today but not quite crisp yet. I had a nice walk at lunch but my arch was sore. Fine running. Just got into it and got to work up and down the hills. A bunch of other folks out there running too. Felt good after a grind day. Dont work as much lately but I still have lots to keep me busy.

Essentials: Stretch

Good stretch out but I could use a little more soon now that I am bumping up my mileage.
