Weather: Warmer than it has been in a while!
Comments:
Not in the mood for a run again this morning, but being behind in my week's mileage goal, I forced myself to go out. Slow run / walk which improved as the run went on. Still maintained a comfortable sub-3 hour half-marathon pace. Not too bad!
