Comments:
I haven't pushed it in a while, so decided to do this one a little harder than usual. Still did some walk breaks and the time was certainly better than recent efforts but a long way off what I know I could and should be doing. Happy with this, all the same, with a Kuisis West-to-East segment PB, surprisingly enough!
