Legs felt janky as fuck with my left hip and right achillies...never got in sync with this run like all short doubles just hate them. Garmin still productive, load 713, vo2 down to 71 for the love of fuck. 26 hours rest but EZ recommended...so maybe with an EASY run tomorrow it'll actually stay productive - probably maintaining though. HR WAS ASSS
