Ran the hill between the 1st Knob fields and the Pleasant Hills Rd. stop sign, which is about a quarter mile long. Overall, the hill is gradual the whole way with the steepest part coming at the beginning; it is similar but slightly smaller than Mayfield. Surprisingly, I had the most trouble on the top third, the slightest part. It was pretty windy during the workout with the wind going against me during the repeats. This was a tough workout, but I felt pretty good about it. I made sure my last one was my best.
