Long run - easier

Glad I did this run in Maine before we left. It was cold AF, first tights run of the season. 34 feel was 30. BRICK. Had a pitiful shit before and dreaded this run. Didn't wore up until about 3 miles in. Legs didn't really warm up at all but picked it up towards the end. Last 2 were 5:59 and 5:48. Felt harser than my unreal 18 on Monday and my HR was through the roof - hopefully because it is wrist not chest - annoying now because Garmin thinks this was a super tough run when in reality it was my easiest long run in weeks. 62 hours of recovery and a recommended off day going into my 100 mile week sucks. Blew it skipping last sunday's long run and doing it on Modnay...should have just skipped it all together and then hit 90 naturally. Either way first 90 mile week ever? Garmin hates me on unproductive, vow 69 FUCK, load 859...tomorrow needs to be easy AF but can't take off.
