Comments:
Good morning workout. Wanted to go a full 40 minutes, but was getting tight on time. Leg is starting to feel a bit better now that I'm stretching it correctly and not pushing it too much yet. Got plenty of time until racing season rolls around again.
Picked up the pace by 0.1 mph every 4:00 minutes. Felt good all in all, considering I've been hard pressed for time lately
