Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Led a group of William, Seamus, and Ken. Felt really good. Workout was 5-4-3-2-1 with equivalent recovery in between, so not too hard. Did it on Baby Centennial so only the 4 was even somewhat hilly—the rest flat. Paces for the splits (in order from 5 to 1) were 5:38, 5:48, 5:38, 5:24, 5:25. Hope to build on this.
