Comments:
With Max on Harriton. Started with a larger group to warm up which was nice. Really didn’t know what would feel good for me at this point so I just went with Max and was ready to fall back if it was too taxing but actually felt great. Got tired by the end obviously but in the usual way you do at the end of a steady. Splits were 6:12, 6:06, 6:16, 6:12, 6:06. Pretty good for Harriton with some hills in there. Makes me feel good about where I am right now, especially compared to when I got here 6(!) weeks ago.
