Got wrecked today, went out to long run was still hot and humid and my body had already adjusted to the nice weather last week. Wrecked around 3 mile mark but decided to keep the pace and sacrifice the mileage. 709, 736, 731, 706, 716, 724, for a 720 average, same rolling hills from last weeks long run but much less satisfying results, at 3 miles noticed pain throughout my lower body which in hindsight was my muscles reacting to H20 loss and humidity.
