Comments:
Hill loop w Nathan, Jack, and Whamz. 3x3 min tempo effort pickups, the first one starting at the very bottom of Righter’s Mill. First one was hard because of the hill, but the second two were pretty smooth. Feel good about the effort, and excited for another more sustained 4 mi tempo effort on Saturday.
