Used the "Cardio" program, holy shit...hills non-stop from 3.5%-6.5%. Couldn't make it the full 10K. Made it 4.5miles then went to flat. Mostly at 10min/mile but sped up on the flat finish...really fucking hard, great workout, wasted...left foot falling asleep.
