Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Met up with Graham at the Wiss for a long run. Some bathroom troubles but a really nice run. Really beautiful day out, cold at the beginning but warmed up a lot. Not as crowded in the Wiss with the colder weather so that was good. Sore a bit from yesterday, and gotta remember to ice my knee more today. Six straight weeks of over 80 after a challenging summer of running so now we rollin'.

Caught two leaves so count is now at 9.
