Comments:
Felt pretty good on this. Warmup with group Y, then a steady at about 6:15 pace on the length of the bus route (1.2 mi). Pretty easy on that part. Then on the Pensey trail, 3x4 min with avg paces of 5:35, 5:43, 5:36. 90 sec jog between each. So those were a little faster than tempo effort but felt pretty manageable. The trail is mostly flat and straight so that helped too. Then we did a 3 min recovery after the last one followed by 3x90sec with avg paces of 5:25, 5:30, 5:08. First one was just right, second too slow, third too fast. Felt smooth on all of these though. Enjoyed the design-your-own-workout day overall.
