Comments:
Did the warm up when I got to school at 9:30. After Adam and I finished we warmed up in the wrestling room(jogging + strides). Workout was 2X(400, 300, 200, 100) with 3 minute recovery after each and a lap jog after the set. Strides + half mile cool down.
