I had to look at sydney's running log to try to figure out what the distance would be here because I wasn't really sure so I just put what she did.
my time trial was a 23:58.
anyways, I felt like I was running a better time than I did on this, I loosened up my body a lot and tried to think about my posture (aka not tilting my head when I got tired) and I think it helped a little, even if it doesn't show in my time. I ran about that time at the health and fitness classic so I guess I should be happy since there were a lot of hills but I wanted to do a lot better. I feel pretty sure that I will bring that time down a lot during the season and I am looking forward to it.
I feel like I just wrote a book.
