BWC start around VBH

Weather: sun and cold

Comments:
Took a long lunch break and got a run in. Nice to have some work flexibility. Same route as my last run. Quite a hilly course. More up on the way out and then down on the return. Carried a water bottle and drank maybe 8oz. A hint of discomfort in the knee, but not much.
