Baby Centennial

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
An eventful run. Started with Nathan, Jack, Sammy, and William. Did 8 long strides embedded during the run. Some of them felt good, others did not. None of them felt very smooth at all. Maybe that's because I didn't run this morning. The turn onto Centennial rd was blocked by some fallen trees and a lot of branches that we had to get through which was kinda fun. William and Sammy turned around there without going through so finished with just Nathan and Jack. We passed a woman who we saw on the way out who said "I thought there were five of them!" I got a bug down my throat which we had to stop for, it really hurt. And then Nathan got a nose bleed on Cherry lane so we had to stop again. Made it back ok though before it got dark and it was a nice run over all.
