Comments:
It was such nice weather today which made for a very nice workout. I decided to just run by time today because I thought it would be easier to figure out. I warmed up and ran for a bit then I started the 400s. I did 70 seconds for each one with 2 minutes of jogging in between. I felt pretty good during it and it was fun. I definitely could have gone a little harder if I was with other people but obviously that isn’t possible so I settled for myself. Still felt tired at the end though.
