Weather: 45 cold and wet after rain
Comments:
Ran at Nathaniel Green Park. Got in about 30:00 before dark and then ran East down greenway and over just past the Bend in Trail Apartments. Then back and through Park. I felt pretty good for the most part but my upper thigh is still sore sore from the bench crash Sunday. Limped the first 20:00 and then got bad again around mile 6.
GPS must have been off bc i was not running 7:45 pace. A good run!
