Let's just be honest, 2009 was an absolute wash for me in terms of running. But shit happens, I'm feeling good things for next year. Damn good things. Anyways, got up to run with Hannon again. Did 3 hard miles with him, then took a quick pit stop at my house and did 3 more by myself not quite as hard. Was planning on lifting afterwards, but on my way inside I slipped and fell down our back stairs, landing right on my back. I don't think it's gonna be anything serious but it hurt like hell and I decided to scrap the lifting for today.
