Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I went on a little jog and was planning on running a time trial tomorrow. It was super nice out and after a little running i realized that I felt good and decided to do the time trial at the road where I usually run my “track” workouts. I had figured out the distance when i had done my workouts there before so after doing warmups and some strides I started at the start line. I finished and saw that the time was 2:19 so I had to make sure I knew the distance because I didn’t think it was a full 800 after running that. I re ran the track using Strava and found that it was .46 miles. So it wasn’t too far off. I feel good about the time trial. Fun times.
