East River Park to Allen

Comments:
Ran down to East River Park, ran in the superior direction this time to Brooklyn Bridge. Then ran back up Allen St Park.
Pretty views by the water.
Running is so hard on my body. It doesn't give me pain per se but I really have to recover after a run for a day or two. I don't know what I want to do going forward. I don't know how much stress I want to put on my body.
