Woke up hungover, did it anyway...felt good, but really hard. 0% grade, first 2 at about 8:47, the n 2 at about 8 and then picked up pace each 1/4 mile by 1 click, down to about 6:40 at the end. Five miles wasin 41:30, so lat 1.2 was in 8:40, that's about 7:13/mile.
