Comments:
Felt pretty good overall. Had some right hip and butt pain, some IT band pain. Ebbed and flowed from almost falling asleep tired and zoned out to focused and floating on top of my legs. Overall good. Pretty long uphill into Golden via Hwy 58 path. Hilly overall. 1054 feet total ascent.
