Comments:
Felt pretty good this morning, so did 10km instead of my usual Tuesday 8km. Time was probably slower than how I felt - just a little too much walking, I guess but better than both of my last 10km races, so I'm happy overall. Days of sub 1:10's seem to be long gone!
