Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 70s and light rain

Comments:
Ran with Kyle and Dylan for the first hour. We did the first two miles at about 7:30 pace then gradually went from about 7:00 to 5:45 over the course of the next 45 minutes. It was a solid run considering it was in pretty thick grass. Afterwards I ran another 45 minutes on my own.

My shin was soar for much of the run, up on the left side of the shin bone. I iced it when I finished and hopefully it won't be worse tomorrow.
