Exercise Type: Run
Weather: 6:15 PM 62-65 Warm and little Wind!
Comments:
Ran at Kickapoo Track after work. Ran 2 up off campus and stretch and did strides and a few drills.
Then 8 x 400 w/1:30 standing rest. Went well considering my work load lately and the fact it was late and tired. Loosened up and went well. Def not in shape for this stuff but just wanted to knock some rust off.
Hamstrings and glutes hurt pretty bad.
Might run the Run for The Ranch Mile race next week for age group state record.
