Comments:
Ran with Beck, Mike, Dibar, Jones for the whole thing and Clemens/Barret for the first loop. All of the names are either alumni or still attending Kilbourne. We did three loops, 6 miles, then two 5 miles, we added a bit extra on at the end by accident. First two loops I felt great then I crashed around the 12th mile on the third, but I pushed through and managed to finish fairly strong. I'm feeling pretty good around this run and at the same time incredibly tired. I think I'm going to take tomorrow off, either that or just a short and easy run.
