Comments:
First time trying out my custom superfeet insoles. Felt like I was supanating instead of overpronating, which probably means I'm running more evenly. I felt more soreness in other areas, but I guess thats because of running more evenly. I will continue to see if my custom soles work well, but so far so good. Pushed a little bit more, about 78% intensity since it was only a 3 miler.
note: back from camp and did a large amount of up and downhill hiking from and to camp.
