Weather: A bit of drizzle, and wet, 40s
Comments:
Drove to Maryland Ave with and met Leah Snider at 8am. We headed northwest on the towpath for 22 minutes and returned a tad quicker. Didn't pass a soul until the final 7 minutes. Did see a few blue herons, turtles, a tiny blue bird, and something far ahead which may have been a fox or feral cat? Of course, a Phoenix was with me the entire way...
Felt good and while the mileage was only 4.2 according to Leah, it was a satisfying Sunday morning "long" run experience with a fine companion.
