Exercise Type: Run

Weather: cold sunny some wind

Comments:
got out to a good run. cold air and being out of shape made my lungs burn a lil. hip was ok, still need to monitor it. right hamstring felt a lil tweaked after the run when i bent over to put the shoes up. ill stretch and ice it tonight before it sleep. and do it a few times tomorrow. but other that that the run was a good one. did't feel too exhausted.
