Glen Echo

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: upper 30s, but very pleasant

Comments:
Drove to meet Becket at his home. We meandered out Macarthur with a number of diversions into the adjacent neighborhoods including a jaunt through Glen Echo park and town and on the return south, we overshot the Sycamore Store and continued until the driveway hill which winds up to the crest of the palisade behind the defense mapping agency. Darted along the dirt trail on the bluff and finished up at Jacob's. Felt like a quality run, and Jacob said we were just short of 7 miles. Nice to catch up with a hopper-goat.
