The PE Mile

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
I ran a mile. I want to be an excellent runner and I want to be a consistent runner so I'm going to take my training as slow as it needs to go. So I ran a mile, but I also started with dynamic stretches then followed the run with strength and stretching. I am going to build good habits over my January break at home and hopefully some of them will stick! Feeling like a warrior princess.
