Exercise Type: Run

Weather: upper 30s, sunny, winter sky

Comments:
Leah, Anna, and I headed down Livingston, Nevada, and up the newly cleared stream trail from Linnean to Fessenden. Returned via Reno including a spirited sprint in the final block and a cooldown jog down our block to 39th. Girls turned for home then and I extended up through Chevy Chase to the MD post office/community center and then back down Conn to the Safeway and eventually home with a small bag of veggies. 2:16 for the final stretch, but I was cruising pretty good for the mile before the Safeway. Very nice run with the daughters and glad I felt good enough to build pace at the end. Lovely winter run and a laborious set of push ups after. Lots of time spent writing report cards and answering calls from family.
