Weather: Hot and Humid

Comments:
Today was a normal run, took it easy and did grass loops again. We went down main street and did a few loops. I'm trying to balance out the trails and the roads. Like always, I went through the water fountain and I came back to the Immaculate track and did some striders on the turf to give my legs that leg turn over. I've been feeling fine, I should be hitting 60 miles this week hopefully.
