Comments:
I asked Abigail Howell if she'd join me on my training this week. And she said yes! Just like old times :) I think we ran about two miles. We did ten minutes out and back from WES on the trail. And when we got back to our cars I figured out that I totally forgot about a very crucial stretching step in the routine, the calf stretch! So thank you Abigail for brushing me up on the stretches (I also forgot about the butt stretch too).
It felt nice to run 20 minutes. I feel excited to be entering my second week of training. And its really nice to be able to share it with Abigail too.
