Comments:
Short run. Did 5 minutes of dynamic stretches first. Finished off with strength and stretching. Definitely was breathing heavy the whole time, I'm thinking maybe throwing in some slower jogging into the training?
This neighborhood and its hills! I'm reminiscing about flat island Manhattan.
